Information for Parents
Since 1938 children have thrived in our family-friendly, fun, flexible, creative and relaxed educational environment.
We are proud of Nursery School’s history and heritage, and value the importance and respect, and the collaborative partnership that we with the community to ensure Nursery School continues to effectively provide quality early childhood education.
Our age range is from 2 – 5 years, up to 6 years of age, and we provide FREE 20 hours of Early Childhood Education for tamariki over 3 years old.
Being a not-for-profit, community centre means our priority is the well-being and education of your children rather than generating profits. All the money we receive is reinvested into the centre to enhance our programs, facilities, and learning materials. Our mission is to serve and support the community by providing high-quality, affordable early childhood education for all local our whanau.
Our Opening Hours
We are open Monday – Friday
Children can attend:
9am – 3pm FREE (conditions apply)
8.45am – 3.15pm
8.30am – 3.30pm
Closed for 5 weeks over the Christmas Break and the first week of the July school holidays.

Free
Rangiora High School Nursery School offers 20 hours Free ECE to all eligible 3, 4 & 5 year olds. Maximum 6 hours per day. The hourly rate applies for any hours over and above the 6 hours free ECE per day.
